The Inquisitor nods gravely.

Inquisitor: "I've seen stranger things before.

Still - If you speak the truth, then the Priestess already knows this. She has a gift of Vision, you see.
I do not believe she'd willingly draw unnecessary attention to our village. Things are hard enough as is, with the raiding plants, and the savages from the west.

Do not expect your disobedience to be easily pardoned, however."

Inquisitor: "The Priestess has a, roundabout way of speaking, and going about things, ever since I've known her. If the situation is serious, I am sure she knows what must be done. Even if she doesn't show it."

EVENTS:

The inquisitor actually cracks a smile, that of a person who's been asked that far too many times before.

Inquisitor: "What gave it away? The beard, the voice, or just my rugged, manly looks?"

EVENTS:

Rosa gauges the snow's depth. A lot less than the night before, but there's still plenty to burrow in, if she sticks close to the ground.


The inquisitor rolls his eyes, as if he were expecting that question.

Inquisitor: "If you're asking if a baby or fetus could be turned undead, the answer is yes. Some of the more disturbing creatures I've met were the latter.

If you're asking if an undead could get pregnant... I don't know. But, a pregnant woman who is turned can certainly deliver a healthy baby. Though, it's a rare event."

EVENTS:

Rosa scurries back around the house, and into the Garden's domain. The plant warriors are out in force, most mounted on their stags and horses, and a pair of tree-trolls hang from the great tree's branches. They all gaze at her with curiosity.


Peggy looks at Klimt blankly for a few seconds, then the situation sinks in. She bites her lip.

Peggy: "...Oh no. Do, do you think we'll be able to get out? I, I should get the truck ready, and-

Klimt. Whatever happens. I. Uh. If I, start acting strange, promise me you'll stop me. Don't hold back. I, I feel like I finally can think clearly for myself, b-but I don't know for how long it'll last. So.

Please don't let me eat the others. Or you."



Meanwhile, the inquisitor ogles Eigla strangely.

Inquisitor: "This morning. And I remember a lot. I might be old, but my memory isn't so-

Oooh. You mean it like *that*. I see. Well, I suppose I never told you.
