EVENTS:

The letter is signed. Eigla and Rosa return to their room to prepare, while Klimt keeps watch over Emilia and Curie.

A couple of hours later, there is a knock on each room's door. A pair of maids walk in, this time wearing geisha uniforms. They carry a golden invitation, much like the one for the picnic. Your palanquins are already waiting in the corridor.

EVENTS:

The group leaves their rooms, after briefly cooperating to carry Curie out of the bed. Klimt and Emilia take one palanquin, Rosa and Eigla another, while Curie rides alone.

Désirée's office seems to have changed considerably since you were last there. The floor is covered in tatami mats, and paper lanterns provide tasteful mood lighting. As always, food seems to be the centerpiece of the display, with two sets of japanese-styled low tables covered in all manner of oriental dishes. Interestingly enough, there seems to be a clear division between meat-based food and vegetables/desserts.

Your host walks out from behind a wood and paper divider, magnificent in her white and gold kimono dress. She smiles seductively at the party.

Désirée: "Ohayo, mon amis!~ How do you like my little surprise? Never hurts to try something a bit more... Exotic, does it?

Go on, go on, sit down! Don't be shy! I'm sure you'll find the entrées exquisite~"

EVENTS:

Désirée smiles as Eigla approaches, receiving the letter with a small bow and starting to read.

The hazel-haired giantess has barely a moment to react before Eigla ties her arms with crawling flesh and unsheathes Rosa II.

One strike across the neck, severing her arteries and windpipe.

One slash up the shoulder, cutting off her left arm and sending bone splinters flying every which way.

Two cuts on her torso, in the shape of an X, ruining her kimono and spraying out several liters of blood.

Désirée looks surprised as her guts burst out of the wound, disgorging vast amounts of partially digested food. She falls down onto her knees, then facefirst onto the malodorous pool of blood and stomach acid.

She does not move afterwards.

EVENTS:

After barking her orders to Klimt, Eigla positions herself to decapitate Désirée, striking the nape of her neck with all her might, again and again, cutting large gashes into her flesh.

...Huh. With every hit, a large amount of blood sprays out, and she chops off yet another chunk of flesh and bone, but... The wound doesn't seem to be getting any bigger.


Désirée: "What do you think you're doing, honey?~"

EVENTS:

The woman turns her head up to face Eigla, eyes completely neutral despite the blood pouring from her lips.

Désirée: "Was. A previous guest of mine, who answered my hospitality with violence. Much like you.

I used her parts to build Charlotte. She was a very good seamstress, after all.

She sent her name to you somehow, didn't she? I knew it was too much of a coincidence that you'd mentioned it."
