EVENTS:

Rosa: "Good morning, Emilia."

Klimt: "She looks awfully chipper..."

Emilia quickly runs up and begins nuzzling against Rosa's feet like an overexcited cat, stopping only to look at her face and smile.

Emilia: "Rosa~ Ro-sa! Roooosa~ Rosa, Rosa!~"




Meanwhile, Eigla looks for a source of clay. The soil near the farm is far too silty to be of use, but she find a large cluster of t(h)ermite nests near the edge of the forest, and harvests several wheelbarrows worth of the valuable mineral. The cat-sized insects are none too happy about it, but she manages to leave without incident.


This is Eigla right now.

Emilia: "Purrrrr... Emilia love Rosa lots!"

EVENTS:

Mary: "Uhm. I did, feed her the doll's brain yesterday, but... It was empty, so it shouldn't have had that kind of effect. It's very rare for a transplant to cause a memory transfer, but, if her mind was empty enough beforehand, it *could* happen.

Emilia, what do you think of Rosa?"


Emilia: "Emilia love for Rosa, very big! She pretty and nice! Emilia want pet Rosa hair, feed Rosa meat, do Rosa the kiss-kiss.

...

Emilia not know what kiss-kiss mean, but, want do!!!"



Meanwhile, Eigla leaves her furnace to cure, and goes hunting. It takes a lot of effort, considering she lacks any ranged weapons, but eventually she manages to climb onto a tree and dropkick a deer as it passes under her.

She takes the carcass to the lumber mill, while the wolves watch intently. No sign of Big Red, but it's still daytime. Six more to go!

Mary: "Uhm.
