She'd be rebuilding the ruins to the southwest I assume? What would she end up doing in regards to the other nearby states? The Ruhe, Teleiat, Venari, Magusalto, Esthen and the Second, Vranhal?

Lucida, what do you think. I may catch hell if I give them one, not that I won't already for giving away 15, and God knows what Madeline can or will do with magic again.
But it could also end up with a friend in the southwest, and Vran could use friends around now.
I... think it would be worth it. 1 extra Heartstone in exchange for a lord's gratitude.

Ever since the Daeli lost control of their territories and lords took claim of the fragmented land, allies became the most valuable commodity.
