I finished X-Com: Enemy Unknown for the first time last night. The ending hit me right on the feels ;-;

It's amazing how attached you can grow to the operatives, even if they dont have backstories or barely even say anything at all!

Today I was walking downtown and decided to check out a local art studio. There were some photographs inside I liked, and the guy who did them was there - we talked for a bit and I was talking up the picture he did of a '68 AMC Javelin (he does light painting, but he doesn't draw stuff - he illuminates different parts of the subject then compiles them into a single image so it looks like some oil painting/HDR mash-up). I asked if he had any other stuff and he showed me a picture on his laptop. It was five cars lined up, left-to-right: Ferrari F12, Aston Martin Rapide, Rolls-Royce Ghost, Mercedes S65 AMG Coupe and a Ferrari 458. The next thing he said made my ♥♥♥♥ day: "I'm doing a light painting of the Rolls interior, I'm gonna need someone to hold the flashlight."

I'm gonna be in spitting distance of $1.5+ million in opulent automobiles omigod my brain is exploding halpppppp

What if that is murder bait? Seriously though, nice. Try making friends with that swell dude. Don't forget to spit on the car.~ :s
