I'm really excited to see this stuff come around because, in all honesty, humans are horrible drivers and this is going to save countless lives of people who would otherwise be ran down by drunk, inattentive or incompetent drivers. Still, I imagine it will take some time for this technology to become more widespread, and it will take even longer for people to accept being on a plane with no pilot for example.
