One more! The Ancients! (work still in progress, but fully operational and balanced)
To add the mod just unconpress it and put the file on your CC folder

Suport for unmapped lands2 and void wanderers!
To enable this tech on unmapped lands2 or void wanderers go to your cortex command folder, open unmappedlands2 / voidwanderers.rte, open the factions folder, then open Factions.cfg file with notepad and add the line: Ancients.rte
Done, that should work.

Ancients: An old and long forgotten civilization with a vast amount of knowledge and power. Their goals are as mysterious as their origins.

Stuff List:



Actors:
Mummy: Once the original bodies of the ancients, now reanimated corpses used for war and other mundane tasks.
Stone Guardian: A heavy stone-made unit surprisingly agile for its weight.

Weapons:
Light Wand: Small one-handed weapon capable of cast energy waves.
Wrath Gauntlet: A very powerfull one-handed close range weapon. Can also be used as a slow digger.
Wrath Gauntlet (Off-Hand): The off-hand version of the Wrath Gauntlet.
Nova Mace: Shoots powerful energy waves that burns everyone on its path.
Moon Staff: The moon staff shoots a round energie blade that return after some time.
Thunder Spear: Casts bolts of energy that randomly strikes the aimed direction.
Sun Spear: Charges an energy needle that pierces through the aimed direction.
Star Scepter: The might of a star in a single weapon! Can literally shoot tiny stars!
Quasar Scepter: The most powerful and feared weapon on the Ancient's arsenal. Can annihilate everything in front of it after a small charge time.

Tools:
Earth Mace: Used mainly for digging purposes, but can be a great close range weapon.

Bombs:
Storm Grenade: A powerful grenade that releases charged clouds and lightning.
Force Field: A device that generates a force field capable of slowing down almost any small object.

Crafts:
Pyramid: A strange and armored dropship empowered by unknown forces. It's very safe and reliable.

Good stuff and good spriting skills, I like the stone guardian.
Keep coming with them good stuff!

If you would like my opinion then I think that for a brain unit you could do an ancient pharao unit(Reanimated or not) would have been cool and would fit the theme.

I installed the mod like always but no actors/ships/weps show up ingame at all... Did you forget to make em buyable? perhaps that is the problem... pls fix

Sorry man, don't know why it was not working, but now it seems ok. Try to dowload again.
And awesome idea! I am already working on a pharaoh unit and an obelisk rocket :)

The mod's pretty cool, the throwable shield thing is a lot of fun, and a tactically cool idea.
I think the miniature sun launcher could use a bit of work, it seems like the least interesting of all of them since it's pretty much a limited range dummy destroyer shot. Looking forward to more if you plan on it, maybe an actual mecha/turret, another craft, etc.
