"S.C.R.A.P Is a being of metalorganic metal which was first sighted at a place where humans dumped all sorts of metal. They call it the "Adjoint Yard". Slowly a nanobot started recovering itself and Built itself with items lying around and resulting in becoming a S.C.R.A.P Unit. "Adjoint Yard" became a new place for the S.C.R.A.P units to reside in and eventually it became their town."
"Lately Humans noticed they had developed strong defensive weapons and started recruiting them as soldiers."

Later Humans made a deal with the S.C.R.A.P Natives about mass production for humans to use as military grade starcrafts."

Yeah not really what I'm talking about but that would be awesome. As far as I know, I think the closest you get from regrowing limbs are the "Zombiebot grunts" by findude. But I'm a no Lua scripter so that would probably be impossible for me.

I'm not sure how the zombiebots work, but there are easy ways to give the "regeneration" thing. For example, deleting the actor and make another one spawn in it's place, with the same inventory and maybe the same or a little more health, so that it looks like it recovered some lost limbs. Now, to make it look cooler, you could delete the actor, spawn, for example, an AEmitter or a MOSRotating in it's place with some nice sprite (maybe a robotic-like egg, or a robot laying down with some animation) and then after some time it'd dissapear (or break, depending on what you'd sprite) and respawn the robot.

Wow, I love your dropship sprite! Oh and if i borrow others mod's i will need to ask them before i re-upload their code, also i will need to give them credit for it.
I'm glad you like the mod BTW ^^, I'm actually working on a dropship and it will probably be released next update.

(Trying to answer this question as good as I can) I'm currently planning to make locked weapons, which means that the S.C.R.A.P weapons will be locked to my individual Faction. And about loadouts, these will automatically apply when I lock the weapons. As it is right now I havent got a single idea how to make a activity or "Campaign". I will maybe poke into this when I think the faction is complete and/or when I dont think any more additions is needed.

Aside from coding loadouts, all you need to do to make a module into a metagame-usable Tech is to add 'Tech' to the ModuleName, e.g. Ronin Tech.

Really good mod so far, pretty good pixel art and i like the idea of scrap made units... if only you could incorporate the zombot tchniques...
