Re: DOTA 2 - The thread
Last night I played with Miggles. It was fun, I learnt some kool stuffs that I'll put to practice. Also Viper is hilarious when it gets rolling. Agility heroes are the best ones :v

Re: DOTA 2 - The thread
Indeed, but it's kinda complicated to play as support in the newb public matches because everyone picks anything and begin playing on their own, and trying to support someone who won't read what you type sucks. And even then, I still need to learn how to properly do that.

Re: DOTA 2 - The thread
So, I tried support but in a less babysitting way. I found a good support/ganker guide for Sand King. The beginning is tough for a while 'till the mana boots, after that it's much easier. Had lots of fun playing like this too, using blink dagger to kill unsuspecting foes with his ultimate is awesome.

Re: DOTA 2 - The thread
Nice. I've tried to play more as Abaddon but I'm awful when it comes to use his ultimate properly. Sometimes I wait too much and I activate when teamfights are seconds away from finishing and I waste it, or just too early and I get kickbutted.
The hero I've been playing more and that I've been getting better at is Centaur Warrunner. All the tanky goodness and nice area stun. If someone picks Omniknight, it's easy to get a bunch of kills early game.

Re: DOTA 2 - The thread
abaddon's ultimate will automatically activate once he reaches below 450 hp. you pretty much never need to manually use it unless you want to heal yourself on creeps or something.

Re: DOTA 2 - The thread
Well if he takes a blow that would put him at 0 or less it will not proc, so taking an ultimate nuke like Laguna Blade or Finger of Death will still kill you unless you manually activate it.
