Re: The Lounge
Man, Ragdoll, that is a pretty impressive setup. Have you considered getting a 120/144 Hz monitor? You could probably make use of the higher refresh rate with those parts.

Oh yeah, good point. 60 FPS is pretty silky smooth as it is but I'll keep it in mind for the future. Also planning on using the EVGA Step Up program when the new nVidias come out in a few weeks, and I can overclock that CPU if I get a better cooler for it but it's not really necessary right now.

Re: The Lounge
Frozen is probably one of the most highly overrated movies I've seen so far.
Why am I still seeing things about it, it wasn't even that great of a movie.

Re: The Lounge
I feel that way about pretty much everything I've ever heard hyped. I think it's a necessary effect of it being hyped at all, really, because nothing you anticipate can ever have everything you expected it to have and also more. It's either exactly what you expected (in which case you probably weren't excited about it) or less than your expectations (leading to disappointment). I heard so much hype about Portal so that when I played it I was somewhat bored with it (I was expecting harder puzzles and funny parts other than the ones incessantly quoted at me, not to mention 'The Cake is a Lie'). Ditto for Borderlands, Bioshock, a lot of the Marvel movies (Guardians especially was a letdown), etc.
Grumble grumble old person mumbling.

Yes, that's exactly why I posted that image. Because you had a different view on something.

Re: The Lounge
literally the last 3 posts i can recall you making, miggles, is expressing your distaste for something by telling others they shouldnt do it. you're welcome to dislike anything you like, that is your choice. please respect other choices as well and realize theyre welcome to do anything they like regardless of how you personally feel about it.
