Re: The Lounge
Hue hue
It feels fundamentally wrong to me that video games now occupy the same weird and annoying circles that literary critics circulate in. Everything has to be discussed in terms of sexism and sexuality, no matter how far removed from those topics the work seems to be. Maybe it's just because of my place in the world but I feel like these topics are discussed more about video games than in books or movies nowadays, at least more consistently (because there are certainly discussions about books and movies, ex: twilight/50shades, DC/Marvel movies).
Iunno. I'm a confused semi-educated computer person.

There are lots of good smaller ones, especially the ones made specifically for people who work in the industry. PCGamer named Mass Effect 2 as the #1 PC game ever, with Skyrim as #2. Furthermore, they have a few SJ writers.

So apparently it's illegal to shave your armpits.

Re: The Lounge
For the most part, less hair, less places for the sweat and odor to cling to, which is probably the pseudo reasoning behind it.
But in contemporary society, hair on places other than the scalp, brows, and eyelids (as eyebrows, and eyelashes), is considered less attractive than smooth skin milk drinkers.
Next up, Castlevania, Dracula, Vampires, and Blood Drinking: The Power of Rhetoric, Implicating Rape, and Riling Social Media for Profit. Vampires are, by mythos, sexual predators that drain people of blood: What would you expect, otherwise?

Re: The Lounge
Exactly on the smooth part, but not really on the latter part. Why shouldn't a person have preferences, and at what point shouldn't people cater to others' preferences.

Re: The Lounge
I cater to my own preferences. Shaving is more comfortable than letting hair run all over the place.

Re: The Lounge
Speaking of shaving, Portal 2 is 75% off on steam. Could anyone lend me $3.74? I will repay it whenever I get a credit card of my own.
lol
EDIT:
I'm proudly endebted now. My gratitude will last forever.

Re: The Lounge
Seriously? Which body parts are more prone to it? I've never had cysts on any hairy body part, only on my chest.

I had two cysts grow on my pits and I realize I recently shaved them during that time. One of them ended up being so huge I had to go to the emergency room and have it cut. "Pustules growing upon pustules" they said. The other one started to show up and I went to my family doc who threw some strong antibiotics at me. I felt so healthy during that time.
