Eh, sexualisation for guys involves being muscley, in heavy armor, or in suits. (Take for instance, Dragon's Crown...)

The problem is that marketing follows straight from the backwards sex culture that we have. I wouldn't say that they aren't at fault because they are profiting immensely off of it, but there had to have been somewhere where it started or there'd be no place for it.

They're there to belong, because you can't fight a bunch of turbo nerds complaining and crying about how someone sat on the train next to them with their legs too far apart. Do they think they're doing the right thing? Yeah. Are they going to start fights with people for doing the same crap they've been doing since the 70s? Yeah. Because these social justice groups transcend belonging into being brainwashed.

I always thought sexualization of men was more the pretty boy type thing seen in anime. Somewhat vapid, well toned if not downright muscled, excellent hair, and a mixture of stereotypical personalities that cater to women's fantasies of the perfect guy.
Maybe I'm missing the sexy armor segment of the population though, who knows.

I believe we have even mentioned that in this very thread before; huge muscly dudes in heavy armour who wield a giant sword to represent their manliness is more of a power fantasy than a sexualization. I know there was a comic about this somewhere, i just can't remember what it was for the life of me, but it involved Batman. Suffice to say, not all girls are into He-Man type builds, as far as i've been informed by females.

also today i called the doctor about a stool sample and blood sample(s) i had delivered last week and she told me that nothing's wrong so that's nice

Actually that batman comic is a massive strawman. Heavy armor is a stretch, but women (according to sales) are definitely into muscular men. Covers of many yaoi doujins, female marketed romance novel covers, and of course JoJo. A male power fantasy would be a suave stud who gets the ladies, much like James Bond.

Yes. Armor is practical, and men use it. Not really sexy though.
