Re: The Lounge
So I finished Bloodmoon. Being a werewolf is fun as ♥♥♥♥. I also began Skyrim. I'm a bit dissapointed because they dumbed down many strategic aspects of the game, mostly related to leaving only health, magicka and stamina as the only attributes and reducing skills from 27 to 18 (I agree that some skills were redundant, but still). I'm also slightly dissapointed at how soon/not emotive way the character knows he is the Dragonborn. At least in Morrowind you had to do like 3-4 long quests to know that there could be a chance of you being the Nerevarine. Oh well, it's still pretty fun, but I guess that couple of details will be bugging me subconciously.
Also, Chile-Brasil match. Penalties are the most goddamn random thing ever :c

Re: The Lounge
Fun fact: I've never been a fan or even played too much any Mario games. Or nintendo games in general, except for Legend of Zelda and another game that I forgot.

Re: The Lounge
It'd be neat if they took the Mario Maker thing except did Zelda Maker, phantom hourglass/spirit tracks style.

Penalties are the most goddamn random thing ever :c Its pretty dumbed down. but completely does away with the failed pseudo-CRPG elements that don't work well in action RPGs. A lot of the details in the game were off, and some were just wrong in general. I still had a lot of fun with it, but can admit how... problematic it is. The dragons were supposed to actually speak words as they shouted; it was coded into the game and everything. The files were never unlocked, so you only hear them say words in the first and last battles of the game. A handy mod activates the abandoned data files in the game, however; leading to a much less frustrating experience.

Every time a dragon uses fire breath, I swear it shouts "Yol Toor Shuul," or maybe the sound they used for it is just similar. That's kind of irritating. Also felt very weird that there were only dragons who used fire breath and ice breath. Two whole shouts from a language full of attacks. There are 27 shouts that the PC can learn. Some of them obviously are useless for dragons, like the detect life spell, but many would have been cool and added variety to the fights- Ice Form, Become Ethereal, Drain Vitality, Unrelenting Force, etc.

Re: The Lounge
Yeah, and there are hardly any good mods for dragon combat, and none of them give them new shouts. All we have is ... uhm.. this guy http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32597/? Don't try to read the full description

Re: The Lounge
A dragon with Become Ethereal shout would be pretty annoying to fight, I bet those fights could last years. Same with Unrelenting Force, I wouldn't like to fight a dragon with that specially in elevated terrain, fall damage is way less forgiving when compared to the other Elder Scrolls. Also Sothe, wtf was up with that description! Gotta say the mod looks pretty good and I'm gonna try it out. EDIT: Uuuuhhhh, I might want to look more at mods, there are some things that look definately good. Anyone got recomendations?

I got a drawing tablet today. Time to make a ton of really low quality drawings until they're slightly above low quality
