  Re: The LoungeI'm probably one of the not so interesting lurkers on the forum, and I honestly read a lot just not post that much. Besides being a little bit late, for my two cents on haloman (I've never had to endure other akin members) it's not that I don't like his immature language per se, it's something everyone goes through on the internet, it might just be the volume of posts that I'm exposed to in so many threads I enjoy and his ignorance of not really knowing how disappointing it is to see his posts sometimes. I'm not a very good poster either, I don't fit the dialect very well. I dunno.
I looked at BumpTop and saw that it was acquired by Google, but it doesn't look like they've done much with it. Sometimes I don't like corporations buying a myriad of start-ups and degrading the potential of each by not giving the discretion that small teams can have. (i.e. Facebook, Google, Yahoo!) |
