I think it's getting too much coverage. Like I mean it looks awesome but come on pcgamer.com, you should be making more free webgame roundups. Looks pretty sweet tho

I can attest that it's pretty good. I think everybody is super hype because it's a shooter that isn't brown/grey psuedo futuristic. It's essentially the core gameplay of COD 4 with a bunch of really cool ♥♥♥♥ added onto it

Re: The Lounge
CoD 4 had something good going until they painted it and re-released four other versions of it.

True it's able to be put in some form of overratedness (if you will), but the gameplay is great and solidifies continuity for more robot ass kicking.
Of course I'm going to pirate buy it, so beta online is about as far as I'm going to get to multiplayer.

I got it for 37 bucks via mexican proxy. It's only multiplayer though, so have fun playing with only other pirates

What the ♥♥♥♥ are you talking about, only multiplayer? I swear to ♥♥♥♥ god I read in GameInformer that TitanFall was getting some sick as ♥♥♥♥ campaign including some dude who had difficulties with mechs in the first place. This is bull♥♥♥♥, they wiped campaign out completely?
Oh well. I guess on another note.

Re: The Lounge
It has a campaign. It's a multiplayer campaign.

It’ll start out with these scripted sequences, and there’ll be way more dialog and characters and way more context for the world than you would otherwise get in the classic modes, but it’s not a single-player game. It is still a multiplayer game with story elements woven in.”

Sort of, yeah. It's essentially what Brink did.

Re: The Lounge
It had potential, but yeah, it sucks. The way they did the narrative was neat though, so it's nice to see a game using it. I'm always a fan of cutscenes in multiplayer where you see your character as well as others, it adds a certain something

Re: The Lounge
Brink took the bad bits of MP gaming and SP gaming and chucked them together. Cutscenes and corridor maps.
Titanfall does it the other way around, open world maps and end of game cutscenes where you either try to escape or if you won prevent the losing team from escaping.
