He turns to face the both of you, and he doesn't look like a crazed berserking beast like everything else that tried to maul you. Though, he's slightly taller than both you and Isaac when standing upright.

???: "There are diseased lupus that roam the town. They are sick of mind, and attack anything that isn't one of us, even humans and chirop. The wingless dragons have killed many, and they both fight without rest."

Well, Ultima recently got loose somehow, and has started a corruption event. Atra, Tara, Lucida, and I went to go stop it, but it got away. Uh... Later I picked up Whirlwind and fought it again with Lucida being wielded by someone else.
There's corruption everywhere and corrupt creatures are swarming all over the place, mostly emanating from here actually. You were a big zombie dragon in a set of Ultima armor, and I think that was the source of the corruption."

While Vattii pulls his head back and scratches his metallic chin, you try to check corruption levels. Can you even do that yourself?

Naomi: It feels like it died down. There's some ambient chaos energy, probably from an unstable corrupted beast here and there, but nothing major.

"Lucida and its wielder is here, and so is Torrent. We uh, sorta beat the hell out of the zombie dragon that was you. Now we're trapped in the cave after the entrance got blown up twice and caved in.
We... didn't expect anyone to be alive in there."

Vattii: "Hmm. Lucida, Atra, Torrent, those are familiar names. I do now know who Tara is, but I assume she is someone of importance. And, I do not think I can call myself alive.
After the, Ultima weapon, was stolen from my Master, I was tasked with hunting it down and containing it. Before the weapon was stolen, it was not spirited, nor did we believe that it could be. But, when I recovered the weapon, it was indeed spirited, and I had to swallow it to contain the weapon's rage. I made a duplicate of my consiousness and placed it inside my dragon stone along with the armor enchantment from Ultima, so that when my body rotted from the chaos magic emitted from the weapon, there would still be a prison to contain it."

He then turns his head the other way, brushing his metal jaw with a claw.

Vattii: "Though, I guess I could not say that 'I' did it?

Anyways, some human wielding Atra stole the weapon from me after the real me died. I was using Ultima as a power source, and with it removed, I fell into a deep slumber for some time. The parasites, the corrupted flesh, woke me up, and used the enchantments contained in my crystal to unleash a wave of chaos, and I spent several days trying to regain control until you came along.

From your story, I assume that the Ultima weapon was contained once again after it was removed from my possession, and then released again."

Three Drakes in a tight cluster are hit, dropping to the ground from a single deep, kinetic cut. Now that you're on the ground though, there are a lot more enemies than you expected.

Blizzard and Ettiin are still no where in sight, and you can't spot anyone in the tower from your position. The flying drakes overhead have noticed you now, and it doesn't look like you'll be flying again without them on your tail.
