Re: The Lounge Because being aware of your own existence is a result of more than just your sense perception, but at the same time, awareness is only a product of sense perception which is the only thing you can rely on for you to believe something else exists.

Re: The Lounge Eh, the world's a simulacrum, but your sense perception simulates the simulacrum in your head.
At some point, you are going to realise that there are better things to do with your time.
I don't think such a thought is a real, or good application of occam's razor, but some provisions/presumptions can't be negated until later.
