Unless that's a pretty soft bed.

Re: Image Dump (Caution Lots of Images) The feet look/feel real yeah but they're covered, and a realistic shape and weight is easily recreated; I think the hands give it away

Yeah the hair would obviously be a wig but the hands look too smooth and rubbery to be gloves (not a material you'd want to wear gloves of).
