Do you guys ever feel like you get worse the more art you make? Basically my productivity cycle is like this:

Once in a while I'll have reason to make some kind of art. The first bit will be pretty good and I'll be pleased with it. I'll think "oh hey this art thing is pretty fun let's make another thing". The second thing will be not as good as the first thing but passable and I will be satisfied. After this I'll have a sharp drop in quality and by the fourth or fifth thing I won't be able to produce any kind of finished product and I'll be mentally shouting at my monitor "♥♥♥♥ ART".

Just stick to developing fundamentals, and make sure you're sparked when making art. Don't second guess yourself, you will always get better... unless you do backwards practices I guess... take a trip to FA and see what I mean. Glossy turds with no skeletons
