Ah, the Guardsmen have arrived. Even without magic, they're one of the more powerful races here in the Great Sky. And they also put up with much less nonsense.
You would all be wise to obey them.
Before anyone can react, the lead Guardsman reaches the ship. Holy ♥♥♥♥, it's tall enough to stand on the ground and still easily see onto the deck of the ship. It could crush all of you in its hand.
The Great Sky is scary.

It extends a gargantuan hand, putting it next to the deck, presumably for everyone to climb on.

Nobody decides to be a hero, or an idiot, and everyone climbs aboard the Rhino's hand.
It's noticed that the rhino seems to be covered in scars and gouges in its hide, and the lower, larger of its two horns is broken, sloping off to the left near the base of the horn. It all gives off an air that this guy's gone through a lot of ♥♥♥♥.
James quickly dons his new pendant, remembering that he'll probably need it now, and looks up at the giant thing, thinking of what to say.
