You discard all but 1 arrows from your quiver, using the lat one as a knife to help you tear out the dragn's teeth and remove its hide from its body.

You also have to discard the deer pelt, but hey, you've got stuff made from dragon now.

> Shoving back the drake, you leap towards the beast's left shoulder and bring your kinetically-charged blade down upon its neck, decapitating the monster in one hit.

Ettin finishes her quarry with a blade thrust into its head while the two raptors to your right fry more drakes. A large number of allied mages start bombarding the entrance with fire and kinetic blasts, filling the air with heat waves and the smell of burning flesh.

It takes some time for the air to clear, but when it finally does, there isn't a drake left standing in the room.

Peering through the broken gate, the rising sunlight reveals masses of dead drakes that you don't remember seeing before, as well as large crystals protruding from the ground.

All of them have various runes and magic circle shapes, but you're not sure what any of them do. You may be able to cast magic, but you can't exactly read it.

> You carefully make your way towards the gate, prodding the occasional lizard here and there to make sure they're actually dead, and finishing off the ones that are still alive.

At the gate, you look outside to see masses of lizard bodies, almost completely covered the ground. A large number of them are impaled with large crystaline spikes, and with a closer look, they appear to be made of ice that is slowly melting.

Koa and Ettiin appear at your side, surveying the carnage as well.

Ettiin: "Looks like we had a little help."

Koa: "Where did we all these come from though? They don't look like any creature I've seen before."

Ettiin: "Maybe they're a new thing that the corruption made?"

Koa: "I don't think corruption works that way. Maybe the museum has records from the first corruption, I know that it has artifacts from even before the cataclysm."
