Re: The Lounge Sexual and asexual are polar opposites. Sort of like theist and atheist.
You can be between the two opposites, like being partially asexual/aromantic, or being agnostic.
And to echo what Miggles said - yes, asexual means that you don't like sex, and the concept isn't appealing to you for whatever reason. Usually the reason is that it's messy or disgusting, that genital contact isn't appealing, etc. The point is that it's usually a legitimate reason, along with a personal preference. It isn't a term for "I haven't learned to like sex yet."
Sexual means the exact opposite. In a way, it sort of means you're a slut.
