Try out some other ones. whoa, the "sinc (lanczos3)" one worked really well! the "cubic" and "linear" ones were about the same but applying it to "none" was terrible LOL. thanks for the tip! i'll be sure to use this in the future. now i wonder if sai has these settings so that i can avoid using gimp for stuff like this...edit: nah sai doesnt have anything like that Now you are growing as an artist, as much as any programmer knows, there is no one true medium or language.

Re: The Lounge
shibas are evil genius dogs LMAO my friend has one who steals her things and hides them, and gets jealous when people or other dogs have things that she doesn't. corgis are just vicious ive always hated them, ask robby. im not really a dog person, but goldens are good dogs- though i hear that breed has the most recorded bites but i think it's just because they're common dogs. to be honest im surprised labradors don't have the largest bite record, they're the #1 most owned dog worldwide and are not easy to train. my favorite dog would have to be the saint bernard. they are drool machines and they bark so loud it would break your eardrums, but in my personal experience with them they are really sweet dogs, also hard to train though. i would settle for a great pyrenees. @foa: yea! its definitely good to not be too picky. if you don't allow any wiggle room you'll have a hard time getting used to new processes, which isn't an option in the business of art, and probably programming too, because technology is constantly evolving. plus that was just a really handy technique and makes things go much faster looks nicer, too.

No use worrying or dwelling on how I used to be. I have no regrets... ever. I'm comfortable with every decision I make, because I stay true to myself and learn from my mistakes. Mentally, I've gotten over death, but biologically, I'll always struggle to stop our innate fear put forth by Darwinism.

Re: The Lounge
God damn it Japan. The Fukushima power station had some serious problems before the tsunami and earthquake. Sure, they had backup generators for the cooling system, but the switching stations for them got flooded since the company didn't take the advice to move them to higher ground. The Onagawa Nuclear Power Plant was closer to the earthquake epicenter and completely unaffected.
