a vary good mod. but i did find some glitches with some weapons: jun's shotgun when flying wont fire anything if fired and the flamethrower sometimes loses its heat bar so you cant see it. but other then that everything else is really good.
a few things to add: Master Chief's own weapons like what noble team has, and possibly add Cortana as a stationary brain? i was also wondering if you would be able to add in some armor abilities as well?
and also you know that you will have a lot of people saying to get the halo 5 master chief now{he does look epic and a lot of people may be wondering what he may look like if in CC}as well as the Prometheans!

Halo 5 masterchief? You mean a more scarred halo 4 masterchief helmet and a cloak? Sure. And i do have armor abilities in there, hes got the Jetpack! In fact, I was so generous I put it on all the guys in my mod. (not a joke, most Orks and other W4K things dont have jetpacks. Marines shouldn't either) I can tell you other armor abilities aren't coming. Armor-lock, though my favorite (before bungie nerfed it) is OP in both halo and cc, Active Camo is achieveable but only if I completely rip it off of Dude Abides (and enemy AI still detect you), and Drop Shield, Light Shield, Sprint, Evade, and that horizontal boost are too ambitious in Lua for me to ask of somebody for help. Prometheans as well. Please imagine yourself coding and spriting this before you ask. On EMILE's Shotgun Note, its on the first page and if you fire it while standing still, or aiming higher or lower, it works fine. I dont know how to fix it b/c I dont understand the problem. The flamethrower losing its heatbar is wierd but it happens sometimes when there is alot going on in CC, it may get stuck on something and float around on a rock Sorry im feeling grouchy, thanks for trying it out! The reason why Master Chief doesn't get his own AR and Magnum is that they'll be OP. Increasing the mass of the AR by .01 makes me cut down Dreadnaughts like bread. Also, Master Chief doesn't use OP weapons, master chief IS the weapon. (which is why the AR is my favorite weapon. Its plain and people dont find reason to use it, but I dont find a gun to be menacing. I find the guy behind it scary. [unless its the feul rod gun. that ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ is still ♥♥♥♥ stupidly ♥♥♥♥ OP. Who thought it was a good idea to give the rocket launcher rapid fire, bouce, and a 5 round mag.]

Awesome mod (the shotgun feels better than the vanilla shotguns, that's impressive), but the pelican is a bit wonky, as it goes up even when you're not pressing anything, which is fine for dropping off your troops, as the AI handles it perfectly, but it makes it impossible to pick up troops with manual control, and makes it very difficult to use as a gunship, especially on maps with less open air. Making it a little bit heavier would probably fix it, otherwise i have no problems with the mod (except that spartans are too tall to fit in corridors, but that's more cool than annoying, and it makes sense)

Thank you for being understanding, and im glad you like it. Tweaking the pelican has been pretty hard, and Spartans needed to be large relative to something, so naturally the trooper, but adding 5 or so pixels makes them not fit in anything apparently XP

Given the state it's in now, you could very easily upload it to the workshop and do pretty well. I'd focus on doing a solid bugfix/polish pass on the UNSC, then move on to the Covenant forces.
