If you honestly think any of the companies truly have your best interests in mind, then you're being equally stupid. Don't jump on any of the bandwagons yet — the consoles haven't even come out.

While of course Nintendo can't, as with any corporation, put consumer interest as most important without quickly becoming nonviable, none of their policies particularly damn the user-base. I don't think Sony tearing Microsoft apart was a terribly sensible idea at all, but their console does seem genuinely decent.

Wrong, Nintento is just great at marketing and does more for the consumer. Doesn't mean they're bad, but really they do not have your best interests in mind.

Well companies are ultimately about profit but it's really clear that the team behind XBox places less value in not being sumbags. It is not incorrect to stop trusting them at this point.
