Begin conversion of the barren planetary atmosphere, and produce excavating machines and hand tools to plunder it of its metal. Order fighters and ground troops to sweep and survey the terrain, while deploying the frigate in a brief foray to the gas giants. Search for a hilly region with impregnable mountain ranges and plenty of stone.
Note:
Black is Mil++/Ind while SALP is Mil+/Ind+, and yet for some reason Caek has the same amount of firepower as me (a Black player) while having less industry than he should have as a SALP player.

God dammit, alright, here's a copy paste of what = what in terms of equipment, if you see anything not right with your equipment, please point it out.

I think there's a disconnect between the original module descriptions and what you have set up there.
For instance, the Military stat is listed as variations of Mil, Mil+, Mil++, and Mil+++ (or no Mil at all) within the original post, but in the cheatsheet you just put up it goes

Which value corresponds to what? Assuming the pluses just add to the 1 value given by having the stat, then Mil+++ corresponds to a hypothetical Mil4 whose details are not given. Black's Mil++ should give me a Mil3 complement of a freighter, anti-orbitals, and additional troops.
I assume everyone else who also has this problem will most likely be able to fix it by bumping at least one of their stats up a level.

it goes no mil = (no bonus) mil1 = Mil mil2 = Mil+ mil3 = mil++ ?? = mil+++ .....
