Ah yes, haven't read that one.
P.s. Andy, wasn't saying the FT was more OP! It's perfect. The weight it has is also a good balancer, keeping any unit using it pretty groundbound.

@Galacticruler I remember getting a PM from you once, but then when I went to read it, it was deleted. I haven't taken anything without telling you or crediting

so, no I have not included your faction file because I haven't downloaded or seen it yet (edit: yeah i can't find your PM in my message folder)
Though im still open for receiving and including it, since 4.0 will come faster than this update and all.

Nice mod.....but the bullets are....bouncy,especially the sniper rifle.Whenever the bullets hit something hard,like rock or concrete,it just bounces off.....

phew, almost thought I had to say that myself. Bullets bounce irl (especially against sloped metal) and in many games and movies (how do you think people came up with the KaPwing sounds)

Sorry for my ignorance on this matter as I know nothing of modding. Is this mod suppose to work on Mac? I downloaded it and put it in with the resources and about 25-40 minutes after starting the game it crashes. Every time it does this around the same intervals. Usually when I select start a new day in campaign. I really enjoyed the characters and guns as they looked and performed very well. Unfortunately I had to remove the mod from resources and the crashing stopped so I know it was the mod. The warhammer mod works fine but they specified it would work on mac.

So is this supposed to work on Mac, and if not will it be made to? I really liked it and would like to continue using it.

If the campaign/metagame are crashing, then it's probably a problem with the mod's loadout(s).

They're very finicky, unfortunately.

Sorry for this late post, just came back from a vacation in Europe without internet

So I never thought about Mac compatability, sorry about that, um is there a guide to making a mod compatable? I'll go search for that now, but if it doesn't work well on the Mac for now, its going to be like that until i figure out a fix.

thanks a lot for the reply. I'm greatly looking forward to such a fix. Everything about the mod was awesome. Character models looked great. Guns not only looked great but sounded awesome. Take your time with the fix and thanks. Like I stated, It would work for an average of 30 minutes before crashing when I clicked the new day icon.

I re-downloaded the mod to see if that would help. The mod appears to work fine on anything but campaign. Campaign still crashed after about 40 minutes.

Hmm, could you note which day, or other kinds of information that could help me out? 40 min. is fairly arbitrary :P

How are the campaign loadouts btw? I remember having a complaint about too many ODSTs and Spartan Lasers and I hope its more balanced. flurp
