> You pour magic energy into the arrow and it becomes significantly brighter, easily illuminating your surroundings. There aren't any visible hostiles that are outdoors with you, so you jog towards the screams in the distance, which are geting louder and louder.
The buildings around you are one story and dome-shaped, but that slowy changes and they become five to ten-story towers, densely populating the area. In the insides of buildings, you can see shapes moving, and occasionally a shadowy, deformed figure would momentarily show itself as you pass an alley or open doorway. It feels like dozens of eyes are watching your every movement and following your footsteps.

> Pulling out a crossbow bolt, you spot a white blur in the back of the room and hyper-accelerate the bolt with kinetic force.
The bolt smashes through furniture it its way, but the blur moves out of sight and you're not sure if you landed the hit or not. Mist fires off a lightning bolt and Aucupe a fireball as well.
Aucupe:

Something seems to be injuring the bat creatures flying around the towers.They are weak to light.Now in complete darkness, you here even more shrieks, all of them getting louder and louder. The dragon takes a sudden descent and goes through numerous aeronautical maneuvers while you hold on tight.
After several more twists and turns, the dragon flies into what sounds like the inside of a building and lands roughly on the ground. A screeching creature scrabbles towards you, and you feel the Black Dragon surge forward, hear the sound of bones being crushed and flesh being torn, and retreats, letting out a deep roar.

> Pulling out your only Lightning tag, you spot a white blur moving around near the back of the room. After John throws something fast at it, you charge the tag and fire off a lightning bolt, striking the thing and kncoking it down. Aucupe follows up with another fireball, which engulfs the entity in flames.

Good thing I know now, I suppose."It was inevitable that they find us anyway. Let's move!"The two of you quickly run towards the city's center, with the uninjured corrupted backing off. Side-by-side, you dash down the streets, turning only when needed to get around an obstruction. The cries in the distance increase in frequency until they become a continious, chaotic melody of shrieks.
Koa:
"Damn, what has Gustaf gotten hi-"Koa slams forward into the ground as something lands on her from above. Planting your feet to stop yourself, you slide ahead several feet before managing to come to a halt and turn around.
A creature that looks like a human with lengthened, clawed limbs and an abnormally large jaw has Koa pinned to the ground, furiously swiping at her back and shredding her cloak.
Leaping forward, you swing your longsword and strike the monster in the head with the blunt side of your blade hard enough that the thing is thrown back with the satisfying sound of bone breaking. Your ears pick up more sounds ocming from above, and snapping your head up, two similar creatures revealed by Koa's light are right about to land on you.
Stepping to one side, you hack a creature in half and let it fall where you were just standing, and then lift your blade into the air to gut the other as it passes overhead and lands near its partner.
