Is there any way to increase the delta time, it gives a different perspective and feels awesome with a high delta time, sometimes randomly mine increases ingame...? anyone know how to do it?

Does the sound lower in pitch? If yes, that isn't the deltatime increasing. What's happening is slowmo gets activated if your pc is struggling to keep up with the action.
That said, you can fiddle with the deltatime in base.rte\settings.ini

No, I mean increasing delta time as in it gets faster and it has a higher value when I press Ctrl+P

Increasing delta time makes everything go slower because each frame lasts longer.

Sorry I meant timescale? is there any way to increase the timescale?
