I want your opinion on which option you will choose for the pelican model, because the wings and tail look cool on the new one but I don't like the undercarraige thrusters and the cockpit of the new one, and overall prefer the old.
How are you going to make the warthog, because so far almost all ground vehicles I've seen have been *expletive*.

Personally I think the Pelican should be sprited facing forward, not to the side.

You think you could use code from the air support mod? The vehicles in that already make great pelicans.

He's said in an earlier post that is already the case, and he has edited and borrowed the code from the author (who gave him the permission) Izak: Not too sure about the front sprite, the colouring of it makes it (to me) rather confusing to look at.

Alrighty, so i've been working on this thing and I believe the side facing one is way cooler, however controling it requires more mastery.
I will use the Halo 4 pelican to keep up with the times, though i'm changing up the thing Izak posted by a little bit, hopefully I can somehow still capture the essence of the Reach Pelican because the Halo 4 pelican is a Hind+Pelican, not a true to blood pelican.
Ground vehicles are indeed funky, even though the Warthog is the staple of Halo and my personal favorite vehicle, it most likely will not be completed before the scorpion because fast moving land vehicles are even more funky. I have an idea though and it involves the floating Necron destroyer guy in Dude Abide's 40k mod.
Scorpion will be easier to make, however the treads and stuff might not be.

Imagine, mountable warthogs, etc?

yes this is a vary good mod but the spartanii's seem to somehow gib themselfs idk how or why it does that there was nothing around to make them do that and, it seems to only happen in snow and in bunkers but other then that its a realy good mod

Hope you try to keep the realism a bit high, that is one of the things Halo used to do nicely. Now it's all mechs with chain guns and stuff.

Yeahhh, I became a Halo fan just because of how beautiful the concept of Spartans was. I want to keep it as true to halo as possible, but 343 kindof was nooby and went in the flashy direction and took off from the Haloness.
@master chief, thanks for telling me about that, could you possibly screencap that if it ever happens again? That actually might be the seem of death where the X wraps around and kills anything going "off" the map, which has been a bug for a while. Otherwise, anything visual will help me try to fix it, really. So far it hasn't happened to me except on the mountain map when I play with my friend, and he accidently builds his base on the seem of death XP

Thanks for downloading, however its Midterms month so I will be very occupied. Working on the mod is much harder now due to real life .

I really hope they perk it up in Halo 5 and 6. Sure, we wanted to attract new players by being more like CoD (not sure why) but they didn't have to BE call of duty to do that. Hinds should stay in CoD. And wtf happened to debris? Halo always had amazing debris, how did they muff up things exploding that badly? And yes, with the Mantis, why? Why do they need giant military exo's when they have spartan armour? Isn't that the point of the bloody suit in the first place?
