   |   Re: World of TANKSI kinda like the way tanks are in WoT, and in MoW they have armour like tinfoil.MoW has potential, but it's waaay to detailed for most gamers to get into.

   |   Re: World of TANKSI'd like the focus on tanks in WoT to stay the same, but I'd love to see some of the features from MoW added, mostly the destroyable buildings and multigun tanks. Even if crew panic ain't in MoW, it should be added to WoT in my opinion. Major wrote: I kinda like the way tanks are in WoT, and in MoW they have armour like tinfoil.I'm inclined to disagree. Most tanks in MoW are matching same level enemies. On medium difficulty, you get the expected result. A Sherman can shrug off shells from small AT guns and light tanks, but up against a Tiger, well, you get what you'd get in WoT.

   |   Re: World of TANKSA penetrated hull on a tank is usually a dead tank, that's something MoW have and WoT should have imo. Historical battles might not have HP, as in WG have not said "no" yet.

The camping business is extremely easy to fox though, if you lose or draw 1/10 of the creds and EXP. I think the whole "hitpoints"-thing is extremely old and overused, and should be completely replaced by physics and internal-damage boxes.

   |   Re: World of TANKSIt's not entirely based on HP anyway, you would of course expect small shells to have less of an effect if they penetrateBut in reality you wouldn't expect a tank to take more than a few penetrations, at least not without most of the crew dying
Still I like the more casual style, because it is fun, but I wouldn't mind trying out or seeing a trial of such a design

Was artillery really even used to hit tanks anyway? I thought it was more for infantry and emplacements, hence the difficulty we have with moving targets

   |   Re: World of TANKSCan't tell if M5A1 is ♥♥♥♥Or everyone is ♥♥♥♥
 *weeps quietly*

Seriously, FIVE IN A ♥♥♥♥ ROW
FIVE FAILS IN A ROW WITH LESS THAN 100 XP EACH
 I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE

IT'S 3X EXPERIENCE, IT SHOULD BE EASY TO GET THE SUSPENSION

Tier 8 battle completely stock with a ♥♥♥♥ team? Thanks WG
Finally managed to grind the suspension anyway

Maybe it's just as the wiki said, "difficult learning curve"

   |   Re: World of TANKSThe M5A1 is a difficult tank to use properly. It's a tough nut to crack for a light tank, not a lot of HP, but it seems like it absorbs hits pretty well. Very bouncy feeling to drive as well, the suspension is really springy.
It doesn't turn very well, but the gun isn't half bad and the turret turns fairly quickly. You can try to scoot past enemy lines and pepper their sides but that's usually pretty ineffective. I usually just use dips in the road to go under the gun depression of enemy tanks and use the straight away speed to get behind their lines and scout/attack artillery. The speed is the strong point, not the handling. Trying to play carousel with heavy tanks simply won't work.
