> The dragon starts to descend, angling itself towards the ground, and you pick out a rather large wolf-ish creature dashing out of the trees.

Pulling back the string of your Luminous Bow, an arrow materializes and you charge it with ice. Firing at the wolf, the arrow zipz away and a large icicle forms around it. The spear of ice strikes your mark, impaling the creature and pinning it to the ground.

Your allies dispatch the rest of the visible enemies on their own.

Ettiin: "We need to get inside!"

The black dragon swoops down, grabs Gustaf, and flies over the wall. It drops Gustaf off in front of the gate before landing on the ground.

A spoked, metal wheel rests on the face of wall not far from the gate itself.

Both beasts leap towards Hakua, and she ducks down and backs away as you charge up Firebrand and hurl a condensed wheel of fire.

The wheel strikes both of the wolves while they're in midair, pushing them back and burning them. The blackened carcasses hit the ground and shatter.

Looking around, there are new enemy corpses on the ground, but no live targets.

Ettiin: "We need to get inside!"

A shadow falls over you and you feel the Black Dragon grab onto you by the shoulders. The dragon takes you over the wall and sets you down behind the metal gates. On the wall at ground level nearby is a spoked metal wheel.

You toss her the weapon while charging your Longsword, and hearing shuffling behind you, quickly whirl about and spot a large beast in the bushes about to leap. Lashing out horizantally, you release the energy in the sword through the tip of your weapon.

A wave of distorted air flies forward and passes through the beasts's neck. The body of the wolf lands in front of you, with its head rolling forward and hitting your feet.

Looking around, you see a new wolf corpse near the one hit by your impact wave, impaled by a long icicle. There aren't any threats in the immediate area.

Ettiin: "We need to get inside!"

The Black Dragon swoops down with Cihas on its back and grabs Gustaf and flies over the wall.

Hang on... about how tall is the wall, and how heavy a load could I carry in the air and still be able to glide safely down without breaking my legs?

The wall is approximately 40 feet tall, and you could carry an additional (a little more than your weight here) while falling without breaking your legs. You wouldn't be gliding though, more like flapping your wings furiously.

And to save you some time, the door opens outward. Also, you might want to check out Rag's action.

Turning back to Gustaf, you see that the door is now closed, with everyone on the 'inside' of the wall.

Hakua: "There isn't anyone in sight."
Ettiin: "Hrmm. There should be sentries here, guarding the gate."
Hakua: "Do we head towards the city? Perhaps the fight has moved towards its heart."
Ettiin: "I don't think we have any other option. Though, we should split up into smaller groups. The six of us and the dragon all together are bound to attract unwanted attention."

The sun is starting to set, turning the landscape dark.

> You grab the wheel and start turning it counter-clockwise. It doesn't budge at first, but after a few seconds of hard pushing, it creaks and starts moving.

Very slowly, the metal gate opens up, until it's just wide enough and Hakua, Koa, and Ettiin walk through. Kyros is already standing by you.

Ettiin: "Close the gate back up, hurry!"

Kyros comes over to the wheel to help you turn, and it closes in half the time it took to open. With that done, you turn around to check out the city. It looks like the last one, with large towers, but they're clustered to the center of the city, while the surrounding region is farmland, residential areas, and groves of trees.

Hakua: "There isn't anyone in sight."
Ettiin: "Hrmm. There should be sentries here, guarding the gate."
Hakua: "Do we head towards the city? Perhaps the fight has moved towards its heart."

You rush to Gustaf's side and help him close the gate back up. With that done, you turn around and survey the city of Luttiim.

Similar to Nullam, the body of the city is made of large towers, but in between you and the city's body are clusters of domed cottages, farm fields, and orchards.

Hakua: "There isn't anyone in sight."
Ettiin: "Hrmm. There should be sentries here, guarding the gate."
Hakua: "Do we head towards the city? Perhaps the fight has moved towards its heart."
Ettiin: "I don't think we have any other option. Though, we should split up into smaller groups. The six of us and the dragon all together are bound to attract unwanted attention."

Feiar: "I think so."

You toss the dagger up, being sure to have the handle fly upward first. The weapon falls short of Feiar's outstretched hand, but she catches it with her clawed foot and transfers it into her hand.

The light is starting to darken, and Feiar fiddles around with the dagger where you can't see. After several minutes, a long object falls and strikes the ground by your feet with a metalic clang.

Feiar: "One out of four."

Soon enough, another bolt hits the ground, and then two more. Feiar plants her good foot against the edge of the hole in the ceiling and pushes against the grate sideways, slowly sliding the metal grill across the ground above. The grate completely clears the hole, and Feiar climbs up and out of the chamber.

Feiar: "Ah! Do you have any rope? Or something you can climb with?"

She shuffles out of view for a second, and then hangs her head over the hole.

Feiar: "There isn't much up here. It's just a hole in a stone path on a field. Wait, the belts! Maybe you can tie them together?"
