 BATMAN Ver .2 + Villain (Open Project)
ATTENTION: I've decided to make this an Open Project, anyone, friend or foe, is allowed to edit what I've made into their own version or re-release what I've done. Without crediting me, because lets be honest. I'm a good sprite artist (EGO 9000!!!) I'm also swamped with ideas and cannot finish developing them all at once.

I tried your mod and it works nicely. The only problem I found is that the Batman takes damage too easily, weapons shred him up like cake. The extended jump feature was nice, but if you attempt to leap at someone you'll most likely hit a wall and explode into little bat fragments. Other than that it was a nice little mod.

Yeah I can't figure out what I need to do to make it so he is wearing armor and not soft tissue. So he isn't able to destroy himself... but it does make it more challenging. And you can even save yourself if your skilled enough by jump at the right angle.
Although the Jump and Speed aren't exactly engineered for precision, they're something Batman needs to close in on foes... because he has a cape.

A few simple suggestions to make Batman more like Batman:

-Higher jointstrengths
-higher gibimpulselimits
-Higher impulsedamagethreshold
-More gibwoundlimit
-Custom material for armor (Batman does wear crazy near-future body armor, unless you're going with the old school Adam West or Alex Ross versions). I expect at least low calibur gunfire to bounce off sometimes.
Might as well make Batman ridiculously sturdy since this game can't really represent hand-to-hand combat in any meaningful way.

A few slightly more complicated suggestions to give Batman weapons that are befitting him:

-How about a grappling hook based on the stock one included in the game.
-CaveCricket48 has written a stun dart code that could be adapted to batarangs. Disabling your enemies weapons or making them drop their weapons seems like a very batman thing to do.
-Smoke bombs that confuse enemies in the area.
-You could always cast morays in the direction Batman is moving. Apply direct health damage and force to actors who fall through this ray to simulate Batman's penchant for non-lethal damage, even though you'll technically still kill them.

Actor doesn't look bad, it could just be a lot more like the Bat is all.
