Possibly thin neck for the physique too. Thanks, I really think I've gotten a better grasp of anatomy over the past few months, considering where I was with it. Re: Art Dump
Matty, i have to ask one thing: HOW ON EARTH DO YOU GET YOUR LINES SO BLOODY CLEAN? I'm genuinely curious, because that's one thing that has always eluded me, with the very few exclusions all falling under pixel art. I have a sneaky suspicion that it's all down to practice, though. Practice, and maybe working with a tablet, but even a mouse can produce appreciable results, if what i've seen is anything to go by. But my own artistic insecurity aside, splendid drawing of a serpent man! c: ... oh yeah contribution!! Made this boid for a bromate to use as an avatar on dA. Note to self: FEATHERS ARE A GODDAMN PAIN TO DRAW. sneakedit: also what Non down there said

And yes, all down to a tablet and practice, although, a lot of the time it's taking fast slashes and undoing until it looks right. Although I have on occasion, before having a tablet, created considerably clean looking linework by steadily pawing at the touchpad, but it's really time consuming. As for your contribution it's a nice little boid. I'm not an expert on pixel art but I like how it looks. Picking out an individual of every species I come across, I'm not sure though.

Re: Art Dump
that is the manliest snake ever no contest at all Awesome shading, man! Love that style. c: also now for something monumental (for me) I decided to give actual drawing and colouring and what not a proper shot, using the previously posted dinosaur face as a base. Took like 2:20 hours, which i can say with reasonable accuracy because i livestreamed it. Also yeah the background was pretty much just tacked on at the end, and i didn't put much effort into the neck. The face, however!!

A PVC recurve bow I've been working on for the past week. A close-up of the arrow-rest and fake wood grain. Draw weight is about 45 lbs at a 28" draw.

Re: Art Dump
Depends on what type of rod you're talking about.
