In the latest version, the APC still spawns with a nonfunctional gun and no wheels. :(

Strange, I cannot reproduce it.

When does it happen?
Do you get any error messages in the console?
Do you have any other mods installed?
Did you delete the old version before installing the new version?

None of the above are happening, the APC crate scuttles and deploys the APC, but It has no wheels, I'm on a Mac if that helps.

Then it is probably a problem related to the OSX build of cc and impossible for me to fix, since I cannot reproduce it.
