I am not completely sure if this was in response to me or someone else, since you didn't make it very clear, but in case it was directed at my posts: I know he does that, and it's pretty obvious from the video. However, I don't see how this is relevant to my posts.

Respawn timer is now 4 hours, and you can pay to respawn. Also, loads of forum bans and deletions and telling people to give them refund tickets through their website instead of steam, which conveniently requires agreeing to a TOS where you lose all refund rights...

The ex-mod admitted he was lying later, don't know if he did so because of lawyers or because he actually lied. Also, Steam is giving out refunds, and most countries has Laws which invalidates the TOS that says you can't get refunds.
