The Wii U
So I found out this system is basically the Wii... with an upgraded GPU...
So incase you were wondering, no, it is not worth the purchase. I really thought it was a Wireless Wii.... ugh.
Anyone else?

Re: The Wii U
A Wireless Wii? I'm sorry I don't understand the question. Also if you thought the Wii U (aside from the gamepad) was anything different than a Wii 2.0 then you didn't really look into it at all.

I got one and I thought it was well worth what I paid for it.

Re: The Wii U
I want to get one, but not for a while. I'm starting to get back into liking Nintendo a lot more. Nostalgia, man. I heard that it's actually kind of slow to load menus and stuff, and ports probably won't be too great. But whatever. What games do you have, Roast?

I've heard the Zelda thing has such good swordplay it's worth it for that alone.

Re: The Wii U
Since watching Game Grumps Nintendoland I've wanted one with a fervour that surprised me, but my best chance is to hope that my Sister wanted one for Christmas (doubtful) because I do not own a TV or care to purchase one.

Re: The Wii U
Nintendoland looks hype, but its still clearly not a serious game and playing it would hardly be a rewarding activity for very long. I have hope for Wii-U as its hardware looks decent but it all depends on what games are developed for it. I was really disappointed with the Wii as even the major "adult" titles, such as No More Heroes, still felt kinda mechanically childish.

Re: The Wii U
Nah man Nintendoland is hardcore stuff. I've played it for 50 hours or something already.
