Mutants, the surface is horrid, you live in tunnels, called metros. Certain people go to the surface, this is bad, cause you need gas mask to breath. Did I mention SWARMS of mutants? Oh and BTW Psycho mind things and shadow people.
A guy from one of the settlements underground has to deliver the tags of a monster hunter to a group of people who will deal with the monsters that threaten the tunnels, and along the way he discovers that he is resistant to the mind-tormenting effects of the "Dark Ones", who are psychic mutants that make the strongest men turn into babbling vegetables.

When youtube changed it's players from white to black, we first though "Ergh" But now we like it. WE COULD DO THE SAME THING IF IT STOPPED CHANGING IT!

Oh I don't really mind a lot of the changes, I just wish stuff would remain the same long enough that I'm not constantly going "Where was this feature moved to..."
