I don't understand why sexism is a perma-ban in halo 4 while racism isn't? They supposedly have zero tolerance and i barely hear any sexist comments on any system compared to the amount of profanity against black people. I'm tired of hearing little kids screaming the n word through their mics and yet 343 developers decided to support the minority female gamers that never get insulted compared to the majority of the insults that are directed towards race.

Microsoft is really lazy on the ban thing. I've seen a ton of hackers and none of them got banned and i've seen a ton of racism from almost 60% of players i met and they never got banned. Also, i don't even know if you can report someone on ps3 either.

This is exactly what I'm saying. And seeing as how a good amount of XBL players are children who report people falsely so they never have to get beaten by them again, I'd say a report submitted now would be seen in at least a month's time.
