She briefs you with the following.

The two stationary emplacements along with a number of patrolling power armour infantry.

Your objective is to gain control of the relay center and ill connect you to HighCOM, we'll transfer the data and be done.

We will be deploying you at the north eastern corner of this map. This will also be your extraction point.

As the orbital vehicle drops you off and proceeds back into low orbit awaiting your victory signal you take stock of your surroundings.

You're 2/5 not 2(5).

2/5 means you can move 2 and shoot, or move 5 without shooting.

if you were 2(5) then yes it would go as "2 this turn, then 4, 2 or 0 next turn."
