Image Shack seems moderately reliable but they lost some of my stuff a while back so I stopped using them.
Imgur has compression bull♥♥♥♥ that makes anything detailed look like crap.
I have found IMG.IE to be nice and reliable to me though.

I'm also convinced you can direct link images from Drive, just haven't figured out how yet. EDIT: google answered that question.
