Because they're completely different experiences
Forum games are not a text-based simulation of video games

Why play football when you could instead play table tennis

but why play forum games when you can actually play REAL video games

and your excuse isn't "because it's a different concept" or "unexpected outcomes".

Because
A) forum games explore themes and gameplay styles that don't exist in video games/very few video games.
B) forum games are free.
C) Having crappy internet doesn't really interfere with multiplayer aspects unless if you actually have zero internet.
D) The amount of detail you can put into actions is not seen in video games really, except for things like DF.
D-2) I'm not playing DF because I simply don't want to play DF.
E) Storytelling/plots.

You've obviously never tried running a forum game, let alone multiple at once. While being in college with a job.

Except you're the only one on this forum that fits that criteria AFAIA.

There are many things you can do in video games that textually are just not as easy. There are other things that you can do textually that are hard to do in video games. It's just different.

You're 20 years old, you live in Upminster, UK, and you seem to have someone named Anthophobian who wants a booty call from you.

Also man if that's all you dug up then you've got more work to do, there are far more embarrassing things than that still kicking around

For the record of anyone who feels compelled to dig up info on random forum goers.
"If you find it, you have nobody to blame but yourselves"
I have known many people who found some disturbing ♥♥♥♥ while digging around about people.

Oh, MSPA. Yeah. So?

I was just Googling everything.
I wasn't trying to find incriminating evidence against you or anything, haha.

Sorry I knew I should have used simpler words and gone into more depth so that you could understand;

You have made yourself look like a pretty terrible detective because you link one site that is in my signature but not others, miss out most of the sites that I know are easy to find and are actually embarrassing and just generally haven't done a particularly thorough job.
When you make a list of "secrets" about me and link one site in my signature and not another it contributes even further to making you look silly because that is the most obvious source of information and offers two conclusions, either you didn't bother to look in the most obvious place or when you did you missed something completely obvious (either that one site was already present or that another wasn't).

Is that more comprehensible to you?

Edit: Then you edited your post :V
