Just remove the portablenuke.ini and the line for it in the devices folder, then it works fine.

well i suck at computers so can ya tell me where i would find that and what that is (i.e notepad... or something)

It is in WWM.rte/AllDevices.ini
Just open it up in notepad and find the line that says
Code:
IncludeFile = WWM.rte/Devices/Portable Nuke.ini

And change it to
Code:
//IncludeFile = WWM.rte/Devices/Portable Nuke.ini

I downloaded this, without any other mods installed, but it crashes when trying to load the portable nuke. im not sure what it is that's wrong

Assuming you didn't read the previous posts.
The solution is directly above your post.
Not a way to get the portable nuke, but fixes crashes.

Crashes when reading AllActors ini on line Actors/Battleship/Turret.ini with this


"Failed to load datafile object with following path and name:

Coalition.rte/Effects/Sounds/RevolverCannonFire.wav

The last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

You can copy this message with Ctrl+C"



Running on steam version, with latest version of the mod.

it hasn't been updated to v1.0

why does no one realize that mods have to be updated from the last build for compatibility

Well all I've been seen is "Updated to B27 at 28.09" and such,what do you expect me to think?I never thought that steam "magically" jumped the gun to 1.0 :P
:EDIT:Actually, scratch that.Yeah, sorry.I dont know why I thought this was updated :X probably because of B27 tag.Sorry.

Removed all flamethrowers from the game (files still included) because of massive Lua lag from apparent new errors.
