It should be common knowledge that mentioning religion on the internet on a non-religious website is bound to bring negative feedback and is generally a very bad idea.

I think it's silly, yes, and trying to pass some (read: a lot) of it off as science, or force it on people, or try to make it law are all horrible ideas and those who do should never be allowed to run things, but I don't inherently hate anyone for having a religion.
If you want to pray to a god, and believe in an afterlife, and be a better person and all that because of it? Hell, please do. But please, don't try to force it onto other people. That's just dickheaded. Same goes both ways. If you don't believe in any "higher power", good for you, Go Science. Now stop shouting it from the rooftops, it makes you look just as douchey as the bible thumpers.

PREACHING religion is. MENTIONING religion can lead to discussion, unless you mention it somewhere with a bunch of intolerant douches who jump on anyone who says they believe in god.

I really don't want to get into this, but, if he's specifically linking to a website for his religion, how is that NOT preaching?
I mean, from what I can tell, the website is for converting people who previously didn't believe in God or haven't found their faith yet. I don't really care or have anything against it, I'm just saying. What I said earlier is just a warning; posting religious stuff on most websites ends up in a huge kerfuffle.

I'm just giving him a rough time, I mean no harm in using that image. I tend to respect most people's beliefs even if I disagree with them.
