Google Reader, Gmail, DRLFF, various other forums, various funny image dump sites, Ampparit (a finnish news site which collects news from every ♥♥♥♥ finnish internet newspaper and lets users rate the news so that worthwhile articles are easy to find).

I just thought of something - evolution and god giving blessings don't really jive. If being righteous and good give you blessings and success, and sinning brings you sorrow, then creatures would evolve towards that end. But they don't.

Either you deny evolution, which is stupid, or deny god giving blessings. (Or deny the possibility that god exists. That'd be smart.)

Or you could shrug the whole point off by pointing the finger at Satan for messing with evolution or some ♥♥♥♥.

Sigh.


That said, DRLFF is my one true love.

I'm pretty sure the good are mostly only rewarded after they die, quite a lot of biblical good characters actually live worse lives than the bad ones.

Take Moses, for example. According to the book of Exodus, he led the Israelites out of Eqyptian slavery and set off for years of meandering aimlessly through the desert, and he remained faithful throughout where the rest of his people were not. He was rewarded with pretty much nothing during his lifetime, and died before they got to where they were supposed to go.

He died before they got there because he ♥♥♥♥ up once (towards the end he insulted the Israelites for being whiny ♥♥♥♥♥es), God has super high standards for his doods.

DRLFF is the only forum I browse routinely. I check it nearly every two to three hours.

Only every few hours? Hah.
