Post Re: Roll to Dodge - Psychic
Gerdermmit, so much to do and so little time.
Rolling.

CaveCricket48 (Raphael) [4]:
Ok, no need to panic, probably just ruptured your eardrum or something. You get back to your feet, then remove your gloves. You'll need precision for this.
You reach both hands up to the sides of your head, cupping them over your ears, and sensing the inside of your head. Yep, definitely a broken eardrum. Shouldn't be too hard to fix, you'll just need to concentrate so you don't weld your ear shut or something.
You really hope that can't actually happen.
Closing your eyes and focusing on your head, you flow Chakra in through your ear canals, forcing the torn skin of the eardrum to knit itself back together. You can tell it worked because all of a sudden everything goes from dead silent to a deafening ringing squeal in one ear, and you're suddenly extremely dizzy. You fall to one knee, then after you think you're steady again, you heal up the other ear, causing another squeal and burst of dizziness. You notice that you can SLIGHTLY hear Jamal yelling loudly at you in the ear you healed first. Good, you didn't screw it up.

Character:

Ociamarru (Vadim Ivanov) [2 Seriously how do you keep managing to roll this low]:
"...Hello?"
"FINALLY! For the love of all that is holy, please come over here and GET THIS ♥♥♥♥ DEER OFF ME!"

There's a pause. Then the sound of crunching snow.
And then there's a lady behind you. You can barely see her by craning your head back.
"What are you doing here? It's dangerous to be out here, as you can see."
"Miss I'm sorry but can we continue this conversation when I don't have a bunch of venison crushing my ribcage?"

Character:

Emogotsaone (Jamal) [8]:
You stay on the lookout for anything after confirming that you are indeed still breathing.
Suddenly you see Raphael fall to his knee, and you yell, asking if he needs help. He doesn't really respond, being deafened as well, and continues doing something with his ears.

Character:

Tomaster (Sir Charles) [-]:
SUDDENLY YOU STOP PLAYING.

Character:

Izen (Theron) [8]:
You head over to the collapsed lump, and a brief search later provides you with a small shelter that was buried under the snow, along with Dane's corpse, impaled by a broken metal pole.
...
♥♥♥♥.
You pay a quick homage to the man, having not known him for very long the homage is short. You also realize that it might be wise to see if he had anything useful. The thought is kinda gruesome, but you don't know what you'll be facing out here or if what Dane had could be useful. Of course, there's also whatever's in the shelter itself. The center pole collapsed, but aside from that nothing was damaged that you can see.
You also take note that Vadim is feeling a bit of hope finally, instead of bitching about his deer corpse.

Character:

CrazyMLC (Maria Crazer) [6]:
"...Hello?"
"FINALLY! For the love of all that is holy, please come over here and GET THIS ♥♥♥♥ DEER OFF ME!"

Well there's definitely someone here. You walk towards the voice a bit, and quickly find the source: a man stuck beneath the elk you heard. Che, probably just some dumb hiker. You lower your spear from its ready position, holding it instead as a walking staff.
"What are you doing here? It's dangerous to be out here, as you can see."
"Miss I'm sorry but can we continue this conversation when I don't have a bunch of venison crushing my ribcage?"

Character:

Game Events: Behind Maria, her partner calls out, wondering what the holdup is.
"I found someone trapped under an elk!"
"Wait, ♥♥♥♥, seriously?!"
"Yeah! Come help me move it, this's a big one."

The sounds of footsteps running through snow are heard as Maria's partner approaches.

Raphael and Jamal are at "E,6".
Theron is in "B,8".
Maria and Vadim are at "F,1".

Ask Raphael how he's holding up, we might be slightly deaf for the time being.
