Re: For what reason do you play Cortex Command?
I was first attracted by the wacky stuff that can happen under this physics engine. I mean, you can die from basically anything, a bullet, a nuke, a crashing aircraft, a door, a 2-inch debri of a crab, etc. Makes CC's battlefield cartoonishly brutal with a sense of black comedy that goes without saying.
Then I found out all the crazy people publishing crazy mods and I knew I cant put down this game. So much fun. Without the mods I would have put this game down long ago.

I play it for fun, the whacky engine, and the mods.

For a lot of reasons, but the main one is I will often get an idea that I'd like to implement into a game, but having only very basic programming skills, the only really accessible medium is CC
