Hmm, are you scaling the sizes of the actors as well?
Image it would be rather hard to scale some of this stuff.

Yup, and I notice that all of these are at full height, not in stances that they normally would be in.

I love this mod! Ive been a veteran of CC since build 23, and have been following this mod since it came out. I notice your spartans do have shields now! LOVE this! Great work! It would be nice to have a separate shield bar, or percentage above the health "bar" in blue maybe? Keep up the good work! Cheers!

True, since the spartans should be a good 3/4 inch taller than the marines and ODSTs.
I would really like to see a generic Spartan-II in MJOLNIR-MK6 Armor, Just a spartan without a name, goin out there and kickin ass.

@Abbhorson Thanks :D, but that might be the regenerating health that you're seeing, sorry about that. Spartans in both Halo and CC regenerate a certain amount of health after being hit, usually not all of it. When you see the health go back up, its not the shields, since they're not there yet

Shields are going to look cooler (hopefully), with the signature yellow-gold human shielding.

@Omega, I'll note that, then I might consider adding them into Campaign Loadouts, cause 4 Carters is weird.

Ahh man. Uh, well, my USB fried or something so all progress I made on including Jun, an Ordanance Drop, and a cooler ODST Drop Pod Gib has been thwarted. Sorry about that :oops:



Freekin wingdings.

A friend of mine has a relatively recent version of my stuff, maybe more stuff is safe than I think.

Ok, I have thankfully recovered most of my mod and nothing of value was lost.

In this minor update, I bring you a fully Gibing ODST Drop Pod, Emile, shoulder pieces for all spartans, Grenade Launcher, and other small updates.

EDIT: Give me an hour or two to sort things out, it'll be up soon.

EDIT2: Alright, its up! You can now fool around with Emile and cooler ODST drop pods!
Sorry for the wait, with all the USB frying and all...

Lol, idk what i'm doing with the Versions in the titles. First it was v1, then v2, v3, b3, b3.5, and I realized, what am I basing this on? So I changed it back to 2.5, really just v2 with Spartans and stuff. Sorry if that confused people.

I believe a Space Marine with a revved up heavy bolter vs anything = a lot of torn up flesh/plastic/metal. Nothing one can do about that, even with shields. They have twice as much armor (literally, a bit clunky looking if you ask me) and twice as much firepower with some exotic weaponry.

Spartans are famed for skill and bravery (though shields do help. Poor Sam, if you've read the books) but, sad to say, if I put a Spartan and a Space Marine in colloseum together, the Space Marine would soak up bullets better than Hunters, and do a bit worse (cause they're cooler).

I never really liked OP or disproportionally awesome things anyways. I could increase the power of all of the weapons, and increase all of the HP modifiers by 50%, that would give Spartans a chance against a Space Marine with the gun that they always come with, but that would shred, melt, violate and vaporize Dummies, Ronins, Heavy Coalition Soldiers, and even the Browncoat heavy (which i've been basing weapon power on, Browncoat Heavies are mostly equivalent to Brutes in the mod).

So remember, what makes a Spartan a powerful fighting force is not strength, speed, or firepower (in most occasions), but pure skill. Make use of range, your environment (cover, indoors, anything), enemy AI faults, and anything else you can think of!

But the strength, speed, and firepower tend to help a little :)
Never seen a Spartan take on an army with just a pistol. (Well, never one that succeeded.)
And yeah. Poor Sam. Damn covenant ships for not going boom after the first Mac round.

And I just had an idea, how about a targeting beacon that functions like a nade, except it calls down a mac shot on wherever it lands?

It would have to be a very small MAC shot, or else you'd probably wipe out the entire map. ;)

As for shields and space marines... well, just be glad Kraken bolts don't use multiple particles any more, or they'd probably chew through shields even faster.

@Omega Alternatively, I could just include the target locator from Reach. Then I would have something to model it on, it won't cause nuclear disaster, and it wont uber rape bunkers (it'll rape them though)! Too bad I have no idea how to make it. I had an idea where with some lua magic, make it spawn multiple crafts on the LZ that are actually artillery shells. But idk how to do that.

Btw, I could take on an army in Firefight with infinite ammo, a Plasma pistol, and a Magnum :D Maybe not hunters with back up though...
