I liked BC2 but I much preferred BF2 and BF2142.

I really hope the next Battlefield installment is 2143. That'd be fantastic on the Frostbite 2 engine. There's some vague hints to it in the BF3 multiplayer maps, although nothing concrete has been announced.

Also really hope that the Endgame DLC does, in fact, involve dinosaurs.

Nah BF4 is a sequel to BF3, set in modern times.

There's still a lot they can fix however, so that's not directly a bad thing.

He said next installment. Not the sequel.

The next installment of the series would be whatever game came out next...

Also I forgot about the fact they'd sort of announced BF4 being next. Something to do with preordering the next Medal of Honor to get early BF4 beta access.

Which is funny because Medal of Honor is just a glorified testing ground for Battlefield. Oh DICE, you so silly.

That was like the
Halo 3 beta! Comes with free copy of Crackdown!

Not sure if I'm excited about another Battlefield game again so soon
As long as buying premium wasn't a waste of my money and I actually remember to pre-order I'll be happy

I think I'll see how Battlefield 4 looks, hear feedback from players in the beta. If it looks better than BF3 I won't bother buying any of the DLC for BF3, I'll just get the equivalent of BF4 premium.

BF4 isn't coming out for another year and a half, so that might take a while.

Ahahaha now I have Premium
I have no time for Premium-less slobs
Though I do feel bad for people like Ket who pre-ordered the game for a high price and now have to buy Premium or spend even more money on individual purchases, and Premium players get priority over people who bought the game first, which sucks

Like me, and I don't get customer support, and there's some 'new' limited edition coming out.

After spending countless hours wanting to play Battlefield, I finally can, thanks to my Playstation getting repaired by Sony. I have to ask you folks before I blow my money on something useless, should I buy Close Quarters, or save up for Premium?

May's well save for Premium. Armoured Kill is coming out soon, and if you want that and CQ it'd be the same price as Premium, but with less content.
