He was with one of the alpha ancestors ages ago, then more recently in a desert dreambubble (most likely) proposing to Vriska yes.

I'd assume that's a different bubble to the one LE exploded because Hussie wouldn't have bothered to include TaVris and then both of them plotting to escape the realm of the dead if they were just going to be unceremoniously killed.
